where to find businessID for sandbix account

SysAdmin We registered as a System Integrator. We are already collaborating with a Tax Payer. Is there a way to flag the test transaction as test when testing the integration flow so it doesn't count towards actual invoices on the e-Invoice platform?

The taxpayer has a sandbox and production portal (Environment). Kindly ensure that the credentials provided to you is generated from their sandbox environment.

However, what the taxpayer shared was an "entity ID", as displayed in their e-invoice profile can you please clarify if this is the same as the business ID? If not, where can they locate it, or what steps need to be taken to generate it. I am a systems integrator.

Dear Worldwida,

Entity ID is not the same as Businesses ID. They can both been located on the taxpayer's portal under the My Account Menu, specifically within the Integration Tab.

@SysAdmin Thank you for your swift response, we have been able to get the Business ID. However, when we requested for the service ID, they didnt seem to know about that either. Can you assist with where this is located, or the steps to getting it.

Check the IRN template from where you got the business ID, its the 8 characters between the Hyphens

SysAdmin We’re currently using a valid Taxpayer ID, but it's still returning an “Invalid Business ” error.

Just to confirm , we're operating in the test environment using test keys. Could this issue be due to the keys not being live?
