Also, must a taxpayer be enabled before they can access their Service ID? Yes
Lastly, I am having a 401 response code when I tried to log in with the taxpayer endpoint ({{baseURL}}/api/v1/utilities/authenticate). I used the default email and password used to log in to the FIRS portal as a Taxpayer and APP. How do I resolve the 401 error? You can only use a live credential of your taxpayer for this and they must have expressly selected you as a their Access Point Provider before you can use your authentication keys to call the endpoints.
