Trying to create a new password for my account, it replied with "password creation failed" upon ensuring that password ticks all the required boxes...I have clicked on "forgotten password", i received a link, immediately i clicked on the link within 2 - 3mins of receiver, it showed "link expired"...i have tried this thrice its showing same thing or it shows "invalid token". how can this be recrified, please?
