We have been accredited as a System Integrator by NITDA, and our portal has already been switched to production on the e-Invoicing platform. However, we are encountering issues when trying to schedule our demo session with FIRS.
When we enter our NITDA reference code, we receive the error message “License already in use.” Kindly advise on how this can be resolved so that we can proceed with the required FIRS demo. See image 
Additionally, after notifying one of our customers about our accreditation, they informed us that they could not find our company name listed among the approved System Integrators on TaxProMax.
Could you please assist with:
1. Resolving the “License already in use” error preventing demo scheduling.
2. Ensuring our accredited status is properly reflected on the TaxProMax System Integrator list.
