TravelstartNG Hello, I'd like to confirm the use of APP as contact point for data exchange between our business and FIRS. Can the integration be done directly without the use of an APP? And if yes how do we get in contact with your APPs?
SysAdmin Dear TravelstartNG, Integration with the FIRSMBS platform can be carried out either by your internal technical team or by any accredited System Integrator (SI). However, please note that an Access Point Provider (APP) is mandatory for the actual exchange of invoices between transacting parties. Therefore, while integration can be done independently, you will still need to onboard with an accredited APP to enable invoice transmission.
