We’re testing e-invoicing in sandbox as a Taxpayer. Validation, signing and update endpoints return 200, but Transmitting endpoints return 403 with public_message: "access denied. user does not have access to this resource", handler: "entity_actions".
Please enable Transmitting permissions/scopes for our Taxpayer API key , or confirm if Transmit requires Access Point approval/role even in sandbox. If “act as my own system/access point” must be enabled on the portal, please activate it for our Business ID
