NITDA registration for companies based outside Nigeria

We are trying to register with NITDA as a foreign entity but the form asks for a Business Registration Number. Since we dont have an incorporation in Nigeria, we wont have this number. What do we enter here. It requires max 8 characters but the company registration number we have in our country is more than 10 characters. Pl guide at the earliest convenience.

@"SysAdmin" thank you for the response. If we partner with a local entity, then would the technical review be done on the local entity or can the local entity provide the RC number while the technical review incl ISO certifications, Peppol id etc is on us?

Satish If you partner with a local entity, the technical evaluation will be done based on the local entity's documentations including ISO Certifications & PEPPOL ID.
