Integrate Webhook into dashboard

Hi @SysAdmin, we are having difficulty adding our webhook to the dashboard. We keep getting an "Invalid Webhook URL added".
What could we be missing out on?

Pls has anyone encountered a similar experience? What was the cause, and how was it solved

Pls Note the webhook was built to the specifications in the documentation, accepts a POST request, and so on

The error message “Invalid Webhook URL added” typically indicates that the platform is unable to validate or reach the URL provided. Please ensure the following:

The webhook endpoint is publicly accessible (not behind a firewall or VPN).
The URL is using a valid HTTPS certificate.
The server is actively listening and returning a 200 OK response when pinged.
There are no redirects or timeouts on the URL.

Once these are confirmed, kindly try adding the webhook again.

SysAdmin Thank you for your feedback. I have rechecked, and our webhook meets all the outlined criteria; however, the error still persists. When tested on Postman, it responds instantly, but the error appears when attempting to add it.

Yes, we are activated as both SI and APP.

Also, can I use 1 crypto key to sign the IRN for all invoices as an SI, or must each taxpayer upload their key for that purpose?

All IRNs must be encrypted using the taxpayers' cryptography keys.
